Yoga is for everyone. In my classes I work on alignment, breath and flow. Through Yoga you will understand your body on a deeper level. For me Yoga became a gateway to inner peace and happiness, a journey far beyond the yoga mat. I discovered my body, mind and heart in a way I didn’t expect. My body and mind grew stronger and Yoga helped me to stretch my body and mind equally.
